This was my first facial and I was nervous my face would feel raw and possibly break out from my sensitive skin. However my experience was totally opposite. From the time I walked in the door Dominique was so sweet, professional, and informative. We went over my skin, my concerns and what to expect from the facial. The room was clean, relaxing and inviting. My facial was amazing! The massaging bed and the 90s R&B made it even more relaxing. Dominique did an amazing job. Afterward she advised what products I should use for SPF care, cleansing, and dark spots and wrote it all down for me. The icing on the cake was the amethyst crystal she gave me. Overall just an amazing experience and I am looking forward to my next facial.

First time I went there the service was great, so I wanted my daughter to receive service as well. I downpayed $60 for an appointment for my daughter, but our appointment was canceled due to a snowstorm which was understandable. But several attempts to reschedule after were completely ignored. Whenever a makeup appointment was made it was canceled without reason. I reached out through personal message and website chat and was still ignored. Many weeks later and I’m still waiting to be refunded……………….Issue was resolved, I got my refund very fast.
