I first started with an e-mail, explaining what I wanted and then I went there for a consultation and booking. I got Stephanie and she was really amazing and helpful. She was communicating with me, trying to understand what style I wanted and went in detail with me. At past salons, I’ve had the trouble where the hair dresser is like no. I have a better idea and let’s do that on your hair. She wasn’t like that at all. Then throughout the process, she was really nice and asked about the style I wanted to double check. In the end, I love my hairstyle! She bleached my hair and then added two colors. I wanted one for the bottom layer, covering every other section and a different color for the top layer. She totally nailed it and she curled my hair at the end and it looked phenomenal. I’ve spent the past 2-3 hours looking at my hair in the mirror since I’ve gotten home. I’m super happy!!!!

I went in for just relaxed curls (no wash) for my family photos. Jennifer was great, very friendly and my curls lasted two days! It was $30 which was worth it.

I never review but I felt I had to this time. My hair has super tight curls in it and I can never get them out. I don’t know what they did to me but it was magic when I walked out with straight and beautiful hair. The champagne was also a very nice touch. I will most definitely be back!

The manager was not at the salon but it was not difficult to see the stylist I wanted. Wash, condition and blow-dry was exactly what I requested. 30 mins later I was done and my hair looked great!

I’ve had my hair done here a few times, and it always comes out great! This new location is super clean, and easier to find parking. Last minute appt’s are easy to get also!! I recommend this to all my friends and family.

Worst service I ever had in my life .l payed $250 for the worst Brazilian blow ever . My roots still curly and frizzy as if they never used any product on it . I went back to The irvine location ask the manger to re do the roots or to refund my money . She was so rude and unprofessional and she asked me to pay additional $100 .I asked to speak to the general manager and she refused to give me the contact number and she gave me only the email that I discovers later that it was her salon email not for the manager .. do not go there you will waste your money and time. Very poor service and worst customer service ever.
