Hello hello, I have been going to Mya’s Nails since she has been at her new location and was going to her before her new location. I have always received excellent services from her and she has never disappointed me , not even her others workers either. Critical: Cleanliness, Quality, ValueI got tips and dip powder, not even 2 days later half of them already chipped or broke completely. When I got them the first time, they were uneven, crooked, and they were rushing to get done. I then come in to get them fixed and she was rushing once again and now they’re even more crooked and uneven. I have another friend who went the same day as me and said her nails were not good either. I got tips and dip powder, not even 2 days later half of them already chipped or broke completely. When I got them the first time, they were uneven, crooked, and they were rushing to get done. I then come in to get them fixed and she was rushing once again and now they’re even more crooked and uneven. I have another friend who went the same day as me and said her nails were not good either. I will not be going back!

Critical: ProfessionalismThis was the second time me and my friends came to this establishment where they tried to get off on us about the price. The first time my friend got a full set that was $45, and when my other friend came they tried to charge her $63 for the exact same thing… The second incident happened yesterday as me and my friend got our pedicure and I was told $35 and paid. When my friend went to go pay a few minutes after me they told her $50 when we got the SAME thing! This was the second time me and my friends came to this establishment where they tried to get off on us about the price. Mya has always done an amazing job on my nails and has been very selective with the other workers in her shop to make sure they meet her high expectation of service and skill! Can not say enough great things about this Nail Salon. Hands down the cleanest salon in Greenville with a huge variety of colors and styles. Mya has always done an amazing job on my nails and has been very selective with the other workers in her shop to make sure they meet her high expectation of service and skill! Highly recommend going to Mya’s nails, you will not be disappointed. I recommend calling ahead for appointment.

Critical: Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went into this establishment on a Sunday afternoon. Initially, I went to grab pizza. I saw the door was open and asked if they were accepting walk-ins, Mya the owner said yes. I came back about 20 mins later, a man who works in the shop told me to come sit in the chair promptly no wait time. Both Mya and the man asked what I was getting I told them both MEDIUM length acrylic full set with gel polish. He began on my nails. I’m on my phone with the opposite hand of course for the first 2 nails, I look up and he’s processing with short nails. I then ask him what length are you doing? He says short nails. I proceed to tell him this isn’t what I asked for, he actually continues onto the next hand with short nails. As if he can’t comprehend what I am saying to him. IGNORING me! So, I finally snatch my hand away and tell him this isn’t what I asked for and how are we going to resolve this.As I took a look closer, the shaping is all different, crooked and uneven lengths. Some of the nails he applied didn’t even fit my nail beds properly. My cuticle was cut with the drill several times. Mya the owner then comes over to see what the discussion is about, and asks what happened. I told her, she asked how did I want to resolve. I said a soak off would be nice because I told you both what I wanted and this isn’t it. She then takes him to the back says she would be right back with me. Mya didn’t come back for over 20 mins!At this point, I am furious. That day was my only day off and I had other plans. I told her I no longer have time for a soak off so if you can fix the length and shaping I guess that will be okay. She literally had to go back behind him shape drill and cut some more to try to get them looking decent. He was ready to tell me to wash my hand to get ready for gel. So there shouldn’t have been a need for her to go back and do all of that work.The end result, the left hand was still longer than the right hand! The lady who painted the gel polish had my nails clumpy!! She rushed. Even got paint all over my cuticles!! Mya did try to give me a $15 discount, but for my time and these horrendous nails they should’ve been free!
