No, they still charging to my credit card explain. I did have 2 pases for my facials. I make an appointment yesterday for today, I’m a iCU nurse and house call me to go and help. Ok I called the “SPA” around 8 am from work to reschedule my appointment. She call me back and told me I had to do it 40 hrs to cancellation. How in the hell I will call 40 hrs. The day have 24 hrs. Keep my money. Bad experience there! No helpful

This was my first time receiving any kind of injection treatment and my whole vist was an amazing experience from the front desk staff and with Lisa, who preformed my procedures. She was fantastic and made me feel at ease and totally comfortable!!! My results are amazing and I definitely will be back !!! LISA is truely an artist and she gave me back an better version of me.. I initially wrote an amazing review on their facebook website because I was very pleased with the initial session I had. Last weekend I had a session but asked not to be charged because I was admitted to the hospital for heart issues. Not only was the associate that called me rude, she went down my attendance list and firstly if there was an issue with attendance they could’ve pulled me aside and spoke with me and we could’ve come to an agreement. However, I was hospitalized, sent them proof of my paperwork, and STILL the manager Ms. Stinson refused to work with me and also said she would charge my card. I understanding having a 48 hour cancellation policy but in cases of hospitalization and proof you’d think these people have compassion. I am a disabled veteran with several medical conditions. Instead of accusing me of missing an appointment or “intentionally being late and disrespecting your technicians time” perhaps have compassion and realize people have things going on. Furthermore, I felt very disrespected by the managers condescending approach and lack of following up with me by phone but instead messaging me on Facebook messenger, totally unprofessional. In a world where we have war going on, a pandemic, economic issues, and a plethora of other things, you’d think the owners was compassionate towards peoples health concerns. I don’t plan to be back and I’ll be making financial arrangements to go elsewhere and cancel my passport. I do not recommend this place. It isn’t the technicians, it’s the awful leadership, and let me tell you the fish rots from the head.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had my very first Hydrafacial today and it so exceeded my expectations! I was not sure about visiting a spa during the pandemic but I was super impressed with how they are managing appointments at this time. Everyone waits in their own car, you just call when you arrive and they’ll text you when it’s time to come in to prevent multiple clients being in the same place. It was just me and Linsey in the room for the facial and she was wearing her N95 mask the entire time. You sanitize when you walk in the door and they’ve got the entire place cleaned and sanitized from the ceiling to the floor. I felt very comfortable there.Anyway, on to the amazing hydrafacial. I was nervous it would hurt just because I’m sensitive to extractions from previous experiences at other places but this machine provides nothing but pleasure. I had no idea how great it would feel to basically have my face pressure washed and infused with serums. It’s been 6 hours and I can still feel that clean refreshing feeling on my face. My husband who never notices anything told me I had a ‘glow’ when he walked in my office hours later. I am so happy I didn’t cancel this like everything I ever plan to do for myself. Highly recommend this spa and especially the hydra facials. Linsey was great and professional and we had a great chat during the session. Super personable and informative.
