What a great experience! I had some skin issues that were troubling me and so I reached out to My Skin Dermatology and made an appointment. The office was clean and welcoming. The Doctor was wonderful, attentive, and listened to all my concerns. He talked to me in plain terms and gave me all the options with pros and cons, so I felt confident in my decision. The staff were extremely friendly with an exceptional amount of knowledge about the procedures that they offer. They answered all of my questions and concerns. You can tell that they really take pride in their work at this place. I have gone to other dermatologists who are more worried about getting you in and out of the office as fast as they can, rather than making the patient feel comfortable and knowledgeable about procedures, processes. Their website was also easy to use and have lots of patient education resources. Will recommend them to anyone!

I’m one of those light skinned guys that worked outside under the sun daily. I worked on the flight line at George AFB, in Victorville CA, Nellis AFB in Las Vegas NV, and Edwards AFB in the Mojave Desert. The sun took a toll on my skin, because I neglected the use of sun screen or sun protection. I had several areas of concern on my arms and face. The medical staff at Edwards AFB could not treat me. The medical staff at Edwards AFB eventually referred me to a skin care clinic in Palmdale, CA. And directed me to see Dr. Aram H. Kechichian (Dr. K). I won’t mention that clinics name, because in my opinion if wasn’t for Dr. K I wouldn’t have continued to go to that clinic. I wasn’t happy with that clinics staff or billing practices.

If I could give less than one star I would. The office staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. The front desk always seemed “annoyed” when answering any questions regarding appointments or insurance. The nurses were just as rude! There was one male nurse who actually made fun of me for the reason I was there. I will NEVER go back to this office and would NEVER recommend anyone to be seen here.
