Had my first facial with Michelle and it was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything to me and I left feeling refreshed with a glowing face. She also added in a shoulder and neck massage which was amazing. The products she used are the first products I’ve been able to find in 2 years that don’t leave my face feeling dirty and oily at the end of the day. Ive struggled with acne since my teenage years so I’ve had my fair share of facials and used a variety of products. I’ve only gone to Michelle for 3 months and let’s just say I’ve seen the most progress in a while. She was able to identify products that I was previously using that were part of the problem. She’s been struggling with mild acne for about a year now and we’d tried all the over-the-counter products. Michelle took a look at her skin and assured us that it was definitely something she could help clear up with time. She was very professional and knowledgeable about everything from food that causes breakouts to products that can help. After the facial was complete, Michelle recommended a few products to use but I really appreciated that there was no pressure to buy extra stuff. She simply advised and left it at that. She even made a point to tell us that she’s careful not to recommend too many products because it can be overwhelming, especially for teenagers, which I really appreciated. Anyway, we ended up purchasing 3 different products and I’m absolutely blown away. Like I said, it’s only been a few weeks but my daughters skin has improved so much. She’s so happy about it and I can see that’s it’s given her more confidence. I’m kicking myself for not taking before and after photos but please take my word for it.
