I had my first Red Light session today at My Sanctuary of Wellness. The name explains it all. Also, Infrared Sauna and Salt rooms are available to add to your wellness. I came out of the Red Light session feeling energized but centered and calm. I cannot say enough of the over all treatment and serenity of not just this center, but Jesse and his wife Rachel who are both so accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
