What a gem of a place! Talented and experienced artists (and yes, I consider people who make me look beautiful as artists) are available steps from each other. I can schedule numerous appointments all in the same day! No more driving hither and yon in inclement weather, worrying about my safety – or that of my senior family members – wondering if safety standards are being met (I can see the entire space) or if I am a forgotten customer in a sea of wet heads waiting my turn. And if I want to try something new, I have a wonderful assortment of providers to choose from in one location! Thank you My Salon for putting me first!

It’s a nice place to run a small business for sure. However, be prepared to have other tenants in your business.. especially some who claim they are building managers (Jackie) with a high horse and jealousy cause others have clients while they sit in their empty suites listening to others enjoy themselves. It’s a shame some renters can’t pull clients during business hours so they have to harass other business owners for “noise” while having their doors wide open. Here’s a tip, close the door because that’s what it’s for???? Or just go home if you don’t have clients. Pretty simple.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was only a few minutes late to Kenzie’s appointment I had never been to her salon before so when you get there there’s a little box that you have to dial in her suite number it took me a minute to find her name on the list and by the time she picked up the little dial it was 3:04 she then continued to tell me that she couldn’t get me in anymore. And that I would have to pay for today’s visit. Even though I hadn’t even seen her or get my service done.
