Critical: QualityI got my hair done by Delilah Jenae in Suite 203 she has been a member there for a year. Unfortunately, I am very dissatisfied with how my hair turned out. I showed her my inspo picture prior to doing my hair and she lead me to believe that it was possible to achieve in one session but would take longer than most sessions and cost extra. I paid the extra money and was there for 8 hours and, sadly my hair is nothing like the picture. I was later told that the color would come after a few washes. So when I reached back out to her to see how many washes it would take, she went on to tell me that in order to achieve the color I wanted it would require several sessions and she told me beforehand, which she didn’t. So now I am left with yellow hair, not platinum blonde and out $315. Beware!!! Worst service ever received hairs was messed up I would go with anyone else but Janet from the My Salon spaces. Do not go with Janet she takes your money and does a poor job and after she finished your hair and you see it’s clearly messed up she doesn’t respond and ignores your text. 300$ to the trash I would of much rather just bought a cheap dye box and do it at home better than what Janet didWorst experience ever .
