Critical: QualityI have gotten three drastic haircuts there over the past few years and I have been unsatisfied by all of them. Each time that I have gone there, I show the stylist a picture of how I would like it to turn out, and all three times the stylist has looked at the reference once or twice and then begins to cut my hair differently than how I asked. On multiple occasions, she has asked me if the length was good, I’ll reply that it was, and yet she still continues to cut my hair. I don’t understand why she cuts my hair so differently from how I asked. I have gotten three drastic haircuts there over the past few years and I have been unsatisfied by all of them.
