Ebony of Salon Zeal is incredible. She KNOWS curly hair, and she’s wonderful at explaining what she’s doing and why. She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and to demonstrate various options with their pros, con, and nuances. I left with an undercut that was exactly what I imagined and hoped for, plus she somehow got my hair to cascade in a magical way that looks fantastic no matter how I style my hair. An absolutely amazing concept. The building is divided into individual mini-salons devoted to hair and beauty culture. It gives the independent artist an opportunity to practice their trade without the stress of high rents and crowded conditions. The cubicles are supplied with a chair and sink; the tenant finishes the designs. Most offer an upscale line of products, cold drinks, television and music. Its a chance for a young practitioner to own their own salon. Fabulous.
