Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityMy daughter had an apt with Erycka. Our apt was at 11 am. We showed up at 10:45. She greeted us. We sat for over an hour!!!! She came over to us at like 11:20 to just look at my daughter’s hair. Had a short conversation about what to do. Never said that she was behind. So at 11:59 I interrupted her and asked her about how I had been waiting for 59 Minutes with no end in sight! She said all of her clients had to wait that long today because she had a late start. She told me I could either stay or leave. I left!!! Seriously? If you knew you were over an hour behind, tell me when I get there. Tell me to go get some lunch and come back. Call me and let me know. She just kept me waiting and waiting. The two customers in front of us, one was an older lady and one was a teenager.
