I came here for a hair cut and a frizz treatment about a month ago. Just a day after the treatment my hair was right back to being frizzy and wavy again without even washing my hair yet. I wasnt planning on leaving a review but even a month later im still finding isues with my hair cut. I have found lots of uneven parts of my hair and even random chunks of short hair. I am pretty disappointed since I payed about $140 and both services came out extremely unsatisfactory. The people were nice and I might consider coming back to see a different stylist but scared I’d be wasting my money again.

I love My Reis Salon. Previously, I had just been having my hair cut there, and they always did a great job, but getting my hair colored there for the first time was an amazing experience. Firstly, when I called to schedule the appointment, they were able to get me in 2 days after I placed the call. Secondly, Chloi did an absolutely amazing job with my color! The staff is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked with my natural color to customize the perfect shade for me. I was in the shop for about 4 hours for this hair transformation, and the staff made the experience really nice for me. They are helpful, kind, friendly, and really communicative about logistics and pricing which I really appreciated. I also think the price of what I had done was fair, especially for so many hours of work! I highly recommend My Reis Salon, and I also recommend Chloi for any color transformation you want done!

Love My Reis! Came here looking to switch things up after deciding that my previous stylist wasn’t the right fit for me anymore. Katie did such a thorough consultation and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted for cut and color. She made me feel welcome in her chair and I left the salon feeling better than ever about my hair! I will definitely keep coming back!

I had two appointments here- both times everything was great. 2 stars because after both appointments the stylist left for another salon. First time My Reis reached out and offered 50% off my service to book with another stylist, same appointment time (they still charged full price) and after my second appointment they just texted me and said my appointment in a few weeks was cancelled. The appointment they cancelled had been booked for over two months because of an important commitment a couple days after it. Its hard to get appointments at other good salons so this put me in a bind. Unprofessional.

I randomly picked Katie when making an appointment and WOW I was so lucky she was available. She is great at listening and taking clients lifestyles into account before cutting/coloring. I had very long hair, and we took an inch or so off, plus she answered my questions about a root smudge. I ended up having so much fun with her that I went in the next week and chopped my ten years worth of long hair into a long bob! She is so much fun, great to talk with, and does amazing work. I’ve never felt so comfortable with a stylist, it was the first time I ever took a risk with hair but after sending her photos and talking it through, I was so excited to get in the door and have a new look. I’ve learned a lot about hair as well which is always helpful.
