I had a wonderful day at My Perfect Nails. It was just me hanging out getting my nails and toes done by Jasmine for my upcoming wedding. She did such a great job!! I told her she should specialize in bridal nails! I had never had a full set before and she was really good about making sure everything looked perfect for my big day! I’ll definitely be back. It was a very relaxing afternoon! I’ll definitely refer my friends!

Jada was very unprofessional and overall generally negligent during my appointment. The appointment began with her answering phone calls and talking badly about potential clients who wanted to make appointments in front of my friends and I. This delayed the start of my gel manicure and it seemed extremely rude. My manicure didn’t last a day as it chipped the next day and it fell off like it was a sticker on each nail the day after. It turned out that the first polish was still wet. It doesn’t seem like it would’ve been a difficult job to do, but somehow a simple gel manicure was too much to get right.

I visited this salon for the first time and was so impressed. I loved the vibe and everyone was so friendly–plus, the pedicure stations were so cozy and clean! I’m always wary about going to a new salon for a pedicure, but I was so comfortable at My Perfect Nails. I worked with Sina and she was great! So kind and personable. She was right on time for my appointment and I was done in about 30 minutes. As I was leaving, a larger bridal party came in and they were easily accommodated for their pedicures and manicures…it makes me wish I knew about this place when I got married! This will definitely be my new spot when I need my nails done.

Would give this place a ZERO if I could . Called to book a same day appointment was at work at the time she had an opening for 2pm great they would not book me as I didn’t have access to my credit card while at work. Told me I could come at 2 but appt may be gone. Went in at 2 lady in front was going to take me for a dip nail . Was told the 2pm was given away which I highly doubt as there were no peopl in the salon. Was told I could only get APres set said not what I wanted but okay was desperate. Than they told me it would be over an hour wait. There were very Curt and ride could careless to have my business. With customer service this bad would not go again as no matter how good they may be and I have my doubts … rudeness will drive anyone Way

First 4 colors I chose unavailable. Color I chose when on nails was darker than sample, manicurist chuckled it off. Construction going on, pile of wood with nails sticking out. Owner asking manicurist supplies to buy while she was working on me. Owner’s child always in salon. Last two times I’ve been there, Nov 2022 and Jan. 2023, same thing. Not a relaxing experience for price paid.
