I visited this nail salon on 12/28, and I won’t even get into how horrible and rude the woman doing my nails was, how bad my nails looked at the end of the service, or how I, myself, had to scour the walls for a polish color since the color book does not match up with the correct numbers – I will just focus this review on how she sliced open my thumb and left cuts on two of my other fingers. The woman doing my nails (older, dark tattooed eyebrows) cut the side of my pointer finger and ring finger while filing my nails, and I didn’t complain on either occasion – I just wanted to get out of there ASAP, as she hadn’t even applied the polish yet and I had already been there for 45+ minutes. Just as she finishes polishing my nails, she begins roughly filing behind my thumb nail and sharply makes a deep cut to the point where I yank my hand away in excruciating pain in VISIBLE distress. While my thumb is bleeding, the woman tells me it’s because I have “weak skin” and tries to finish filing the rest of my painted nails, I decline, and she then tries to hug me while telling me I need to pay at the register and then disappears into the back… While I should’ve escalated the issue while I was there, I just wanted to leave… it had been over an hour and a half for a gel manicure at this point. Instead of offering a discount or waiving the price of the service while visibly seeing my bloody cut-up thumb, the manager (Lynn) proceeded to charge me $45 for a manicure that left me in pain, and honestly looked terrible – the polish was streaky, and my nails were all different lengths.

I gave 5 Stars based on the former owners. Mikko was professional and did an amazing job on my nails. I was shocked when I walked in today and they told me she was on vacation. I pushed back and said they didn’t say that when I booked the appointment the day before. The shop was clearly different- they finally told me the shop was sold. It is definitely not the same. I am going to have to find a new nail salon.

I took a chance on trying new place for nail services today and couldn’t have been happier. The staff was sweet and inviting, and I couldn’t have been happier with the results of my nails. They were professional and attentive to details. Cherry on top was getting the BEST pedicure I’ve had in a long time! Will definitely visit them again!

My mom and I had been going to this establishment under the previous management for 3-4 years. We recently went to my natural nail under their new management and will never ever be going back. We both got pedicures as we have clinically cracked heels and one of the older ladies (dark tattooed eyebrows) refused to properly scrub my mother’s foot and manhandled her legs. I proceeding to get a manicure from the same lady when she started talking bad about my mom to me and wouldn’t stop even though I wouldn’t engage.

Walked in to get a Mani Pedi & experienced so many things that are unacceptable as a customer. I will never return to this salon again, as there’s so many better options. New ownership is terrible!!

The first time I come back in 2 months there are new people. I found out the shop was sold. I was very disappointed, but I decided to stay and just try it out. The nails are beautiful except for the fact the length is extremely uneven. Something that would’ve cost me $55-$60 I had to pay $80. I was shocked because 2 months ago I would’ve never been charged that much for something so simple. Service was good but new prices had me pretty upset

Rude and unskilled management. Messed up my daughter’s nails before her birthday. Crooked, polished unevenly, and mismatched shapes. This place needs help, they are severely understaffed and rightfully so, considering they have no customers. There’s a reason this place is a ghost town. You would think the few customers they do get they would treat well… Steer clear of this nail shop.

This place is so bad, I don’t know how they’re even in business! Burnt my skin off with wax and injured my sister during her pedicure with a nail file. They even had the audacity to deliberately ask us for a tip, we said we don’t have cash, and the woman told us they accept card tips or through a mobile app. Tacky and terrible establishment
