Have been coming to this salon for years to get my eyebrows done. Typically, when I come in the guy already knows what I want since I come so often. Lately, his service is very blunt, awkward and uncomfortable. I’ve come in to get my nails done before by him and it felt awkward. No sense of conversation although I know he knows how to speak English as does his wife. No warm greeting when I come in saying hey very happy. Salons are to get pampered and it just feels like I’ve entered into a place where they hate their job. I’m going somewhere else from now on. I’d rather come in somewhere where I’m wanted than go where I’m tolerated. No sense in entering somewhere where you don’t even get a warm greeting. Just a ugly stare. Especially, since it’s his wife that’s more nice than he is. But she’s always with another customer and than you get stuck with eyeore. Also find him to be very rough when doing services. No care at all to be kind to the skin or body. If you don’t wanna work. I won’t bother you. I see this business coming to a close very soon. And it’s shame how happy I feel to leave outta there because of how terrible the service is.

Watch out for the rude guy. He doesn’t know English aswell as manners also he yells at customers. I asked if I can check 2colors. He immediately said no. When the other lady is trying to grab color for me, he yelled at her in front of me. It was very disturbing.

Walked in for a simple color change. One male tech present with a woman he was servicing along with a large dog and child. I was not greeted and upon me looking at colors AFTER saying hello- I was asked “how can I help you” as the gentleman looked me up and down multiple times.
