My end result was perfect. But she was rough and when I brought up her cutting up my cuticles – they were red and almost bloody she said nothing. Then she grabbed the alcohol so I asked her to be careful and she said yeah sure sure but still poured it on heavy. Stung bad. The whole service I was saying ow! but she didn’t care. I asked for regular nail polish and she acted like she didn’t understand me until I agreed to do gel. I won’t be coming back.

Tracy & the other lady’s that work @ My Nails & Spa are absolutely wonderful! Let me just say that I have never had an experience like I had today! The customer service was phenomenal and they did an Amazing job on my nails and toes, so good that I fell asleep & It was nice that They didn’t make me feel bad because I did. I was treated like a queen, I was served Fresh Pizza & a bottle of water (an added bonus that Was a first for me…) This place was highly recommended by the girl that works at the Wells Fargo by my house so, I went all out and got the full works & I’m so glad that I did!! Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI honestly deeply love this place, everyone is so welcoming and nice, I absolutely love the staff services here. Kinda concerning and confusing to me to see a couple of bad reviews. If I’m being complete honest with you, the only rude People that there is are the customers, I’ve been here for quiet awhile now and I have seen and heard customers be extremely disrespectful and rude to the lady’s that work there and not only that but they also talk highly badly about them knowing they have trouble understanding and trouble speaking to them. I literally value the respect I have for this place. My nails always last me months without them breaking off, etc. I definitely recommend coming to this place if you are nearby. The only reason why it gets 3 stars was because of the wait time. It’s always such a long wait. I had already been waiting for 15 minutes and an “appt” had arrived and I was told to return in an hour. When I did, I was looking at another 2 hours wait time. I ended up not getting my nails done
