I am very glad to have listened! I have been several times now and am very happy! They do great work and I have been so pleased.I’ve seen a few of the reviews and am a little surprised- although sometimes people are quick to leave poor reviews without trying to resolve problems directly with businesses so I would say, in my opinion- overlook the reviews and go in!I have always been treated like a friend and honestly have felt more “at home” here than any other mail studio I have been to in the 20 years I have been having my nails done.The owners are so kind and I seriously think I just had more fun getting my nails done today than I have had in general the past few weeks! I laughed until I was almost in tears and just felt at peace. And came out of there with super cute toes and nails – so bonus!!! ❤️Do yourself a favor, and go try them! I drive from Woodstock to come to this salon because the service is exceptional and the end result is always fabulous! Justin and Laura are my favorites for my SNS fill and pedicure treatments. I am usually in and out within an hour or so, and every minute is pure heaven and relaxation ❤️

Everytime I go in, I wait at least 30 minutes before being seen even if I have an appointment. Sometimes they don’t even acknowledge me for 45 minutes…the guy does good work if you want something simple but he is very picky about where you place your hand and will literally twist your hand around if it is not positioned how he wants it. His wife is even worse. She complains about being there the whole time, gets upset if you want a design and completely overcharges me even if I leave a good tip. I have gone to this place out of convenience for awhile but after giving them Christmas presents and being loyal, I was thanked with a passive aggressive comment, being overcharged, waiting a long time and leaving without being satisfied. I will not go back. I would only recommend going there if you have money to spare, care to hear constant drama, have time to waste and are only getting a simple polish.

Have used this salon in the past when I was going to be in a wedding. Called this time to ask them if they were LGBTQ friendly before I treated some friends to mani-pedis as a Christmas gift. They answered honestly with a “No”. Not being LGBTQ friendly = not a business I want to spend money at nor will I spend money at again. Pedicure, Manicure, Nail designs
