I live in Finksburg and used to drive all the way to Westminster to get my nails done. The first time I went here I was impressed! Quick service, friendly staff, and great nails!

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, Quality, ValueThe place is Absolutely filthy. It was not busy. Worst gel polish change ever. It can not get much easier. I usually can go 3-4 weeks with no chips or issues!!!! I recently moved to Westminster so Unfortunately I’m looking for a new nail salon. I will not return to this place. Within 4 days I had a chip. Within the second week I got another one. At the tips the polish is wearing. The lady did not polish the tips. my normal place always does. Maybe she’s inexperienced. Gel polish is thick to begin with so why she was applying it extra thick was a concern to me while getting them done. They were still sticky feeling compared how it usually feels when finished. $30 down the drain. Bad experience. Extra Disappointing and upsetting for over the holidays. My sister got a mani pedi. My wife sent me and I thought we would be done in 15 minutes. All women reading this can stop laughing now. It took 2 hours. There is a bar next door and a liquor store. I am sure the nail salon is great but the rating is for the bar next door.

Worst manicure I have ever had in my life I shouldn’t even give 1 star. I am a hair stylist and I own my own studio so I know a thing or two about nails. First off this place is disgustingly dirty and completely out dated. The girl who did my nails had an attitude the entire time. When taking my gel off she was jamming the critical pusher in to my cuticles so hard then she decided to try and file the polish of with a nail file while burning my skin with the file. All of my nails were completely crooked and some way shorter then others. She never asked me to wash my hands before painting my nails then paints them with the dust all over my nails so they looked lumpy. I asked her to please take it off then she started talking about me in there language. So someone else took the polish off. Absolutely unreal! I ended up at the nail spa on 140 where Lisa stayed late to fix my nails. I would highly recommend the nail spa in Westminster not this nails and spa on Gamber Rd. She could not believe how horrible my manicure looked.

I came here to get a gel fill on my nails today. First time going to this place and it was the worst salon i’ve ever gone to. If I could rate them with zero stars I would. First of all, they originally told me it would be 40 dollars which ended up being 45 because I wanted the nails shortened. The women I went to filed down my nail with the electric file and then started using cuticle clippers to take off my former acrylics which was very abnormal for what I was used to but I let it go because I thought to myself “well maybe they just do something different here” but she ended up only doing about 1 and a half of a nail with the cuticle clippers. Then she used the electric file again but started filing my exposed real nail and it got to deep and it started hurting really bad. I had one broken nail and when she glued on the fake nail she glued down my skin to the nail. She put way too much acrylic paste on my nail and made it really thick. When she filed it down again, they ended up uneven (picture with yellow nails). When I went to go pay, she asked me if I wanted to add a tip and I said yes. I wanted to give her a tip of one dollar because she did such a horrible job. She, without my permission, changed the tip to 5 dollars instead. That will be the last time I go back to that salon.

First time ever in the place. Nails looked ok. Only thing I didn’t like is when I checked out they automatically charge you 20% for their tip. I have never had this happen to me in the 14 years I’ve been getting my nails done and I’ve got my nails done at a lot of places First off, I always thought the tip was a courtesy thing. Of course a tip is nice but it’s not mandatory but I do tip. I got a gel fill in for $38 plus the 20% for tip. My nails weren’t worth 38. There was polish on my skin when I left plus skin around the cuticles that should of been pulled but weren’t, but I’m supposed to give her 20% for a job she didn’t perform 100%? I won’t be going back there again, ever

Very clean, used plastic wrap for the pedicure tub and sanitized the tools before hand. The lady doing my pedicure was very thorough and gentle, no one rushed me out the door- I had plenty of time to sit in the chair and under the UV to let my toes dry. Will definitely be in again.

This is a good place for convenience. They offer a lot of services. I was there for a mani/pedi. It was clean and everything was sterile. I hadn’t had my nails done in a while, so I was grateful to get cleaned up. I’d have paid for extra pedi services but the tech never even asked or showed me a list. She almost forgot about my mani and I felt that was a bit rushed thru. For convenience, I’ll use this establishment again. But I have experienced better.
