This is a very bad shop! When you call to make an appointment, she tells you 20 minutes. When you come, no one will meet you and no one will greet you. Ask again and again how long you have to wait before a very rude woman answers you if you are in a hurry, just leave! Instead of telling you how long to wait! This is simply very rude. I have never seen any store doing business like this. I don’t know what is the point of calling to make an appointment…Such a store without integrity should stop cheating customers. People in the service industry are so uneducated

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been a customer of this salon for 7 months. They lost my business this week because of the owner, Vanessa.If you are one of the preferred “regulars” you get great service and Vanessa is very friendly. If you’re not part of that group it’s hit & miss how she’ll treat you. The worst thing she did to me wasn’t rudely telling me “you took too long” (coming back after she’d sent me away from an empty salon), it was LYING to another customer about how long I was gone (she claimed 3 hours, it was actually 45 mins). That customer then took it upon himself to attack me on social media. I don’t tolerate liars, no matter how good they are at their craft.The big sign on the door says “walk-ins welcome”. I’ve had appointments, I’ve been a walk-in, and every. single. time. I’m at the salon I see Vanessa taking walk-ins. I am the ONLY one I’ve ever heard her lecture/shame about making an appointment… and I had returned to a salon that was still empty! One time she had Anna (nail tech) rush my service so Anna could get to the 3 walk-ins who came in after my service started. I ended up with lumpy, misshapen nails. That should have been my cue to cut ties with that salon but I believe in second chances.NOTE: I didn’t appreciate how Vanessa & Anna talked about me in Vietnamese during my final appointment.
