Worst place I’ve ever been too and I’m easy to please!! She wouldn’t even get my toenails the same for a French. As people came in she just tossed me aside instead of finishing. All my lines are crooked. Still here and I’m wondering how much this is going to cost me. Unreal! She needs to finish with the customer she is with FIRST, very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t have a business if I ran mine this way! Oh well she’s losing a big tip. SMH! It’s taking everything I have to not make fool of myself in front of all these people!

My nails look absolutely horrible. And the salon is very unsanitary, tried to re-use tools between clients. I stopped the service and left. Went in for a new set and asked for an almond shape. Got a screwed up oval shape on SOME nails. None of them are even remotely close to being the same. The acrylic powder was laid over the top of my cuticle bed on two fingers. Nails were not filed down thinner so looking at the the the nail they are thick and sloppy looking. She only put on one top coat that went cloudy before my pedicure was even finished. Completely unimpressed with this company. Absolutely disgusted with their lack of customer service and effort to even try to fix it. Will NOT be returning for any sort of service.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI just wanted a quick tip and polish for myself and mani/pedi for daughter as bday treat. The woman that was called to come in was rude. It felt like because I didn’t want the more expensive service we ended up getting treated poorly. Made my daughter bleed and snapped at her about drying her nails. I tried asking for more polish on the sides and she got mad and grabbed my hand impatiently and didn’t do what I asked so I gave up. The underside of my nails look awful. She didn’t bother drilling off the excess to look clean and finished. Used a newspaper as her workspace instead of a towel. I just wanted a quick tip and polish for myself and mani/pedi for daughter as bday treat. The woman that was called to come in was rude. It felt like because I didn’t want the more expensive service we ended up getting treated poorly. Made my daughter bleed and snapped at her about drying her nails. Went in to get shellac and most of my nails cracked by that evening. Went in the next day to get them fix. The owner was trying to argue with me, telling me that my nails were cracked that’s why my paint cracked. I told her NO my nails are not cracked it’s the polish that cracked. As she removed the paint off my nails, she clearly saw that it wasn’t my nails cracked it was the paint. She redid my nails but she definitely wasn’t happy. We will NOT be giving her our business.

I got my nails done for the first time in over a year, less than one week late the acrylic is already separating from my natural nail. When I was there it was just me and a friend in the whole place and shortly after getting started two other people came in they then stopped doin my nails to go give a pedicure to one lady and the other lady was getting a full. They rushed through mine and my friends nails and they were sloppy and completely unprofessional. They also charged more than what was on the menu. We didnt get them long or anything special I got plain white and my friend plain black. No designs no sparkle nothing. Worst place I have ever been!!

I do love this place. No TV, nice Vietnamese music playing. Decor is very tasteful. Always greeted quickly. Work is satisfactory, have been going here about 6 months. Last 2 times I’ve gone ( once with an appt) it didn’t make a difference. I waited in lobby, I waited while my feet soaked and waited till the water was cold. Finally on to the refill, he started, then went to help someone else, back to me, then waited for her. Apologies were given but being the 2nd time of being patient for 3 Hours. I’m done. I think it would be best to take care of who you have in the chair, before taking more clients than you can actually do in an hour. Or hire more techs. So sad ☹️

Waited an hour to even get my nails started then took another hour and a half to get my nails done. They are very short staff. The lady doing my nails had to stop my nails and go wax 2 ladies eyebrows. There was a group of ladies in there before me who wanted their toes and nails done they sat there for 2 hours just for their toes didn’t even have time to do their hands. Very slow.
