First time here. My friend wanted to get pampered for her birthday. They were very nice & friendly. They even have little chairs for kids! I’ll be bringing my little one here for sure. Very good at free hand nail art. Clean & professional place.

Went there Saturday no other customers as usual when I went in. One of the ladies that works there was upset with someone else who works there and she was talking to my nail tech in there language going on and on about this other person. WORST manicure I ever had. Charged me an extra 5 this time for what I don’t know. Says it will be more every other time. I am done going there. One nail has a big bump on it. To worried about what was going on. I think it’s horrible that they speak there language in front of customers they should speak English around customers.

told to cut a little bit and made my toe nails super short, was cut my “ingrown” but at that point i was hurting me made me bleed and had already told her it hurt and she kept going. french tips are horrible so thick, once i told her it was thick she had such an attitude. 0 stars if possible. Leann was my salon specialist today. I went in not really sure what I wanted. I wanted fun but still functional. I had done a search beforehand but wasn’t finding anything. When I got there I asked if she could do designs. She said yes any design I wanted. I picked something simple but still cute. Leann got the French tips done nicely. But the accent design is nowhere near what I wanted. I was charged $75. $45 for the nails, $10 for the coffin shaping, $15 for gel and $5 for the design. That I didn’t get. Because she couldn’t do it. She made an attempt but only drew a line. I am not satisfied with my nails but I didn’t have time to do it again because I had to leave to get my children. I also wanted a pedicure but my nails took over an hour.
