First time there and NEVER going back. I got a gel mani and pedi and the lady cut me twice. When I went to pay and complain the lady at the counter told me to speak with the lady who did my nails. Not helpful at all. And idk why they charge a 4.5% interest when you pay with credit card. Is ridiculous. Ended up paying over $60 for something i dont like. If you’re not a regular, do not go. You will be very dissapointed.

I went to get a gel manicure, it was slightly busy but they had open tables. When I sat down the table was still messy with leftover acrylic nail clippings. So I was a little weary about their cleanliness.

So I been going to this place since I was 15, I’m currently 29. The nails on the pic got them done by maya, she’s amazing! They’re already 3 weeks and as you can see they still look good. Cecilia is great too!! V is the best at doing eyebrows, must try it. Sometimes it’s a little bit of a rush but that’s how businesses work, people complain sometimes but that’s how it is, it’s NY hello, we’re always rushing. Love this place plus the prices are very reasonable. Wouldn’t change my nail salon!

I had my nails done last Friday (6/18/2021) by Maya. The pics are what I paid for. I don’t do gel and fake nails but I’m paying customer there’s no need to rush just because someone after me is getting something more expensive. Do not go here

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI use to go there years ago and only dealt with 2 people. I went in today with my daughter to get her nails done and the attitude was ridiculous. I walked right out. Workers rolling their eyes. No one could answer any questions and kept pointing to a woman I should talk to but she never came up. I will never go in there again!!! They came out how I expected. My advice is to watch as the tech is proceeding, stop her if something isn’t to your liking.
