My nails the same day, not to mention these little nails was $50 okay cool whatever I requested to get my feet done as well I got left sitting in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes with no service & ended up leaving.. last time me and my daughter (8yrs old) got her feet done with me REGULAR PEDICURE they charged her $42.00 & me 45.00 why is a child the same amount as me? That and this last trip will unfortunately be my last to ever support their business I’ve been a customer since I was 15 (now 26yrs old) their business is just not the same.

I went into what was supposed to be a relaxing fill and pedicure. It was nothing of the kind. I’m trying to calm down after the ordeal I had at the hands of Minh Trong Hoang License M2991909. He was very aggressive when manipulating my hands to file the previous gel polish off. I said to him multiple times he was being too rough. I was told I needed to relax and then he laughed at me a few times. He had moved my fingers to the point it felt like he was about to crack my knuckles. Then he proceeded to twist my wrist in an awkward way to get under my nails to the point it hurt and I asked him what he was doing. Mind you he doesn’t speak when doing any of this. Then he says, “What, you’ve never had someone actually do your nails right before?” I told him I would never treat my patient the way you’re treating me. I would never be so rough with someone that it feels like their knuckles are going to pop. My right hand and wrist are swollen now. He then made another nasty comment, which I don’t recall and that’s when I said I was done. I should have been done when he twisted my wrist backwards, but that was it. I asked for someone else to finish adding the gel polish. Kelly did it. Without knowing the situation she took an attitude with me finishing the polish. My nails look like trash. When I went to pay, they had the nerve to ask if I wanted to tip. I said no, I had a terrible experience. Did anyone ask what happened? No. I’m sure this is just a typical day….all they wanted was their money. I’ll be filing a claim against Minh Trong Hoang with the Board of Barbering. I feel like this man went out of his way to be rough and pick a fight with me. DON’T GO HERE.

I give this place a -5 Do not go here I went yesterday got feet nail eyebrow and eyelashes. She cut both of my big toes my right side is missing half of a eyebrow. My left lashes been falling off since I left the shop. So I have patches in it. My nails look like my 1 yr old granddaughter did them. I am so upset and I spent 260.00 for everything. If you want to waste your money then that’s the place for you.

Charged me 65 dollars for a nail fill for a single color. One nail broke the same day and I went back to get it fixed and the nail technician charged me $10 to fix one nail.

Tom is great, but the care for customers overall is unfortunately horrible. No sense of friendliness, no collaboration between the workers whatsoever; they are like individual contractors that do not help or smile with each other’s customers, it doesn’t seem like one cohesive business; just weird vibes. Too bad I don’t think I’ll be going back after 3 visits felt the same.

I love this place. Its like girl heaven. All of the staff are pretty awesome. It is an all out experience. I recently took some family for pedicures and i had my nails done too. I regularly get my eyebrows eyelashes and upperlip done here.

My sisters and I went to get are mail and feet done.we don’t mind spending the money but when they try jacking the price up to 75 for a simple full set is crazy and 60 dollars for a regular pedicure that is mind blowing I leave out of town and where I live for 75 I can get a full gel set and a long length with a design. And my pedicure will run about 40 dollars or less.while at my visit it was so many unhappy customers there and complaining bout the price too we will not be going back here again
