Critical: ProfessionalismI had called a day before prior to walking in and they said they closed 6:30 but door sign says at 7 but didn’t say appointment was better. I leave work a day early show up to nail salon and they said if I can come back later because their “busy” appointment only. Theirs a worker sitting down and doesn’t want to take me in because she chooses to soak her feet and be on the phone. I had called a day before prior to walking in and they said they closed 6:30 but door sign says at 7 but didn’t say appointment was better. I leave work a day early show up to nail salon and they said if I can come back later because their “busy” appointment only. I went in there because they had pretty good reviews, everything was great, the ladies were very nice, but their work was decent. A couple of my nails they trimmed were uneven, when they painted my nails, it was messy, she got nail polish on my hands, and the top clear coat was caked around my finger tips. When one of the ladies (I didn’t get her name) did my eyebrows, she scratched me somehow! I didn’t notice until I got home and looked above my eyelid and saw a red scratch. Their shop wasn’t very clean either, I don’t think I’ll be coming back to this place

Rude ladies, difficulty communicating with clients. Got a white gel pedicure yesterday and this morning noticed half of great toe was discolored. Returned to have it fixed and wasn’t treated well, told me to rub lemon on it, that its because I wore black socks. I’ve never in 30years had this problem and I always wear black socks to work….smdh Place was empty both visits….I’m not surprised, think twice before spending your money here!

Hard to communicate with the ladies, my sister was treated in a rude way. She simply asked whats the diffrence between an arylic nail and gel and one of the employees got so mad saying she cant get arylic nails beacuse she can hurt the baby with the nails ( which my sister was going for short nails) and if she did she will charger her 40$ which they typically charge from 23-25$ The owner didnt even bother to calm her down. Never coming back. Dont recommend this place.

Amazing nail salon. They have a following and can get packed fast. Be nice and patient and you will be rewarded. The girls here do an amazing job and you will not be disappointed. You can make appointment ahead too.

My problem with this place is that they’re so rough with your nails. Yes the prices are cheap but the results are adequate. The lady I went to ended up making me bleed while using the electric nail filer. She rushed on my nails as If there was a line when really I was the only person there! Doubt I’ll be coming back to this place again
