Gio, Mike, Willy and Lyndsey are the sweetest, nicest individuals and provides the BEST customer service ever!!!! Clean, sanitized and thorough. Appointments are necessary because they care about their customers and pride themselves on taking their time with each person. They do accept walkins, but can only fit you in, so just make an appointment, sit back and enjoy the personal conversation and service. ❤️

Sandra Pierce sorry for your experience, but the owner is never rude u may have misunderstood her per the mask over her mouth. She is always polite. Sometimes they are times people run behind per other customers issues. They by any means are not racists. Terrible! Me & my husband came TWO times about to spend over $100. The lady told us both times they don’t have time for us. And she said it in a very rude manner. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend!! Also it’s never packed in there so how don’t you have time? Is it because we are black? Because it’s always older white peoples in there. I’ve never seen any black people in there. What’s really going on?!!

“Cat eye” gel polish lasted only 5 days. I came in as a walk in and was fit in after waiting. This place could use more staff in order to decrease wait times and have a better over all not rushed outcome. 4 * because the gentleman knew what he was doing with eyebrows and did that very well.
