Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI have been going to My Nails every 2 weeks for the past 3 years, so I would consider myself as a loyal customer.BELOW are photos of my last manicure. I asked if they were going to clean them up after the dip powder. I was told NO because I only paid for the dip service at $35.00 and didnt buy the manicure. I was heading to a party and ask if they could please clean them up and was handed a scrap piece of towel with a squirt of acetone. I was told that after a few hand washings, the nail perimeter would be clean.THAT WILL BE $40.00Also. Now charging $5.00 for round shape.Also now charging for accent nail $5.00. When I asked why, the response was more work. Critical: Quality, ValueIt hasn’t been 2 weeks and all of my NAILS have cracks in the SNS dip powder. After 3 days a nail broke and they charged me to fix it, just to level set, I paid $120 , 3 days prior. Gave big tips. Most credible nail salons would not have charged a customer after 3 days. The nail break happened after washing dishes, not my fault, but definitely shows the poor job done on my nails. Now I have to go get my nails corrected while 8 months pregnant, and I haven’t hit the 2 week mark. I think that they are cutting the dip powder with another substance to stretch it. That would be the only reason to explain why EVERY NAIL SHOW CRACKS. My nails are white and they look like cracked eggs. Very embarrassing. I am beyond disappointed and i won’t go back to even waste my time to talk to the owner. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN I’d rather paint my own nails and save lots of money and I’m encouraging everyone I know NOT TO GO HERE AGAIN. $120 down the drain. Shame on you MYNAILS. It hasn’t been 2 weeks and all of my NAILS have cracks in the SNS dip powder. After 3 days a nail broke and they charged me to fix it, just to level set, I paid $120 , 3 days prior. Gave big tips.
