3 times I’ve been there, 3x I’ve bled. First 2 times was my cuticle, no biggie. Today, the nail tech cut my thumb nail and filed it until the front of my thumb started to bleed. I had to yank my hand away 2x. She laughed saying it was my own fault for requesting short nails. My thumb is swollen and missing layers of skin. I wont ever go back.

Kim gives an excellent, thorough pedicure, trims cuticles well (I personally love that..some people don’t), and she gives a great massage. It’s worth it to spend a couple extra bucks for more massage. They are very courteous here and the place is clean. Love it.
