I would not give any stars if I could. I DO NOT recommend this place at all. I went to their salon on Saturday 10/30/2022 because it is within walking distance from my house. I unfortunately forget to take a picture of how my nails came out. THEY CHARGED ME $140 DOLLARS and I STILL TIPPED THEM. A guy did my nails (who no longer works there by the way) and as I’m paying for my nails he says to me, “You’re a very picky customer”. It’s unbelievable, all because I said the lines he did were uneven. The lady who did my pedicure literally did not know how straighten a French style line on my toe nails. The owner, Lin, had to take over and fix the line and said she cut you nail wrong that’s why we can’t make it straight. Only TWO days later, my nails start to break. I HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED THAT IN MY LIFE. Especially that I have sns or dip powder on my nails. I hated it there I will never be going back. their customer service is horrible and always talking about customers. I don’t care if I have to drive miles, I will not be going back.

Updated : 11/2023: target quality of the work is still good, but they are very understaffed since management has changed. Rose is no longer here. They keep taking new customers despite there only being 2 workers. And 1 worker is taking turns between 2 different customers. Please hire more workers.

I’ve been coming here for about two years now and I am very happy with them. Owners Son and Co make a great team. They are accommodating, friendly, and hard-working. Co is fast and efficient. Son does a great job crafting nails – they are always even and the shape is incredible.
