Had an appointment for full set acrylic nails however my appointment was delayed by 30 minutes. When the lady did my nails she was extremely nice and apologized for the wait. She didn’t use a sanding band for my natural nails instead a metal band that is used for fake nails. She used it on my cuticles which left me to have multiple cuts that were bleeding. She didn’t apologize For cutting me or even put liquid Band-Aid on it. The nail dust was getting all inside my cut. This is super unsanitary for one and unacceptable for a nail salon. My nails were pretty and what I wanted just wished they had better care for nails instead of rushing there clients.

We had our appointment set at 10am on Sunday! Perfect time as we got there early and was serviced 1st. The gentleman I got, wish I asked his name, was perfect! Gave me the perfect message and it didn’t tickle!! I am very quirmish & gitty & ticklish!!! But he held my feet with smoothness and very gentle. Took his time and rubbed my stress away! I will def be going back. I love my color too! Thanks guys for being so attentive!

Me and my friend went in with an appointment, and two ladies came in for an appointment at the same time but way after us and we’re helped first, only had one girl doing nails who was very rough, and made me bleed because of the electrical file. She didn’t cut my cuticles, and instead “tried” pushing them back with her fingernail which hurt and she did it after she had already applied the acrylic, which she didn’t do correctly either. She was bending my finger at angles it is not meant to bend. She then cut my nails very unevenly, and even filed them cooked, to which I asked her to correct twice and she was very rude about it. And before I even sat in the chair to get my nails done I asked if she could do my nails like the picture and she said yes, and I know how to do nails, I just decided to treat myself and have someone else do them. And she continued to make every wrong step. And then she sent me to another lady to do the painting. And the next lady was nicer but still could not do what I wanted even after I showed her the picture. I would not recommend going there because I left with very uneven and bulky nails, a bad paint job, and overall just a bad experience. If I could give this zero stars I would, but I can’t, so instead I give a 1.
