Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI’m so upset. I always come here. I’ve been coming here for years. The girl who did my pedicure was so rough and aggressive, even when I told her and made it clear she was hurting me. The girl who did my nails, I told her that there wasn’t any powder in the middle of my nail. It won’t let me post a photo of my nails.. but every single one of my nails has a v shape toward the middle [on the top of my nails, about halfway up]. I’m so upset. I always come here. I’ve been coming here for years. The girl who did my pedicure was so rough and aggressive, even when I told her and made it clear she was hurting me. The girl who did my nails, I told her that there wasn’t any powder in the middle of my nail.
