I got my nails done by a wonderful lady who did a great job her name was Gau. Unfortunately one of my nails fell off the next day but she’s an hour away from where I live so I was unable to come out and get it fixed. The next day another nail fell off. Well my husband was home today so I called out there to see if they could fix my nails since I was just in there less than 3 days ago. The guy that answered was absolutely horrible. I was very respectful and asked kindly if I could come in and get them fixed and in return He told me “we don’t fix that I don’t care. That’s your problem.” He said this atleast 3 times. I told him I payed $50 for these nails and 2 of the fell off. He told me “you have to pay. It’s not my problem. I don’t care.” I almost started crying because he treated me so horribly!!! They don’t live up to their work or stand behind it because if they did they wouldn’t have treated a customer that way.

I had my nails done here, pretty simple. Matte black, coffin shape, one accent finger. Most of my nails look okay, but my thumbs were completely botched. The shape was incredibly wonky, the polish started peeling, and the accent nail is streaky. Used to hear good things about this place, but my first visit was also my last.

I went to go get a full set today and they charged me $35 for acrylics that bent in half. All of my nails were also totally different shapes and they were not even painted correctly. They were also missing chunks of acrylic. When I went to go tell someone they needed to be fixed they acted like it was my fault were very rude about it. I cannot believe what I had to experience today and I am very upset about it. I then went to K nails right after to get them fixed and they look amazing. If you are looking to get your nails done do not come here.

My daughter went into get her nails done for prom. The nails were all different shapes and lengths and the paint job was terrible. She went back in to ask if they could redo them. They said they would only repaint them. I have been going there for over 15 years and have never complained but we won’t be back. I’m my opinion if someone is unhappy you should do everything you can to try to make the client happy.

I like the quality of work they do here but i’ll be honest the woman who runs the store is rude. Even though i come in regularly to have my nails done, she barks orders at me. “Sit here.” “Go pick out color” I’ve sat at a nail station for an hour waiting to be served; watching people who came in after me (without appointments) get served before me. She even tells walkins to come back later or come back tomorrow. It”s very unprofessional and more stressful then relaxing.

I went to this establishment after it was recommended to me by a friend. Unfortunately, the establishment did not live up to the review. The salon reused ALL instruments (nail clippers, cuticle trimmers, cuticle sticks, pumice stones, nail brushes and nail files) between clients, and did NOT attempt to clean them other than swishing them around in the used foot tub water briefly. In addition, the polish that was applied was patchy, and on close inspection did not look professional at all – especially at the tips of the nails where it was incomplete. I will not return to this establishment and will not recommend it to anyone in the area.

Went to get my nails done and the lady who did my nails was beyond rude, some of my nails are crooked, my nails are sore from the roughness, it was an overall bad experience. The worst part is how much my nails cost. $35 for a set that A: isn’t put on properly, And B: is completely painful. I will never be going here again and definitely don’t recommend.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS NAIL SALON! I went there to get a new set with design and I was completely over charged for no reason and when I asked why I was charged so much the woman would not even look at me or give me an answer. And she was very rude to me the whole time I was getting my nails done too. I could not believe the utter lack of respect they have for the customers. Plus to make it worse she did not do them the way I wanted her too and when I told her she just looked at me walked away and started working on a different persons nails. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS! if I could give this place minus 5 stars I would but I had to give it at least one just to write a review.

I have gone here as long as I can remember. I’ve never had any problems with being rude to or having my nails botched. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried other places in Rockford andDeKalb, but just wasn’t the same.
