Critical: Professionalism, ValueNew to the area and needed to have my nails done. This shop is not far from my new home and decided to give them a try. Very disappointed, I will not be returning. When I tried pointing out that the color was not even and my nails were still rough in places because the girl rushed through filing them they tried to tell me that the top coat would fixed the issues. Of course it did not but, by this time I just wanted to leave. Getting my nails done is not something new for me, it is the one treat I have allowed myself for years. New to the area and needed to have my nails done. This shop is not far from my new home and decided to give them a try. Very disappointed, I will not be returning. When I tried pointing out that the color was not even and my nails were still rough in places because the girl rushed through filing them they tried to tell me that the top coat would fixed the issues. Of course it did not but, by this time I just wanted to leave. Getting my nails done is not something new for me, it is the one treat I have allowed myself for years. The first man rushed me because he had an appointment and I asked that he took his time or pass me to someone else. He did not listen. He had to redo my tips multiple times. I ended up with another nail tech who wasn’t any better and my concerns were unheard. I sat there with tears in my eyes and left without any polish. I was still charged full price and they showed no sympathy. On my way out two women I know were coming in for the first time and after seeing my nails they decided to go elsewhere. If I could post a picture I would! Please, avoid this place. Terrible work. I also noticed the file he was using was used and during the process I noticed they were reusing towels and not sanitizing between clients.
