I have been going to Vivian and her girls for years! I went to them at Wakefield Spa and followed them as soon as they moved to My Nail Lady. Vivian and all of her girls at My Nail Lady do a truly amazing job, I leave there happy every single time! It is so nice to walk in to the salon and be treated by every woman in there by my name and they all remember things from our last conversations. I get so many compliments on my nails and always send them straight to My Nail Lady. She typically has 3 girls there and they all do an incredible job, no complaints! It is always a great time with a great mani pedi.

I went in today for an SNS appointment. When I arrived I asked my nail tech if it was true that the SNS is done without UV light because I really do not like the UV light. She said yes, it is a powder so UV light is not used. We went on to pick a color and everything went well. The problems started happening towards the end. I noticed my nails looked extremely chunky with hard powder. This is not how I remember SNS looking on me. This was not my first time getting it done in general but it was my first time at this location getting SNS. I asked her if we can somehow make it look less chunky but the only thing she did was fix my shape. To my surprise at the end of the session she used a gel finish that needed to be cured by a UV light. There is also an imperfection inside of my nail. I like this place so I dont want to rule it off right away but I do need this to be fixed. Maybe it was the wrong nail tech who did my nails but I work hard for my money and to pay someone to do my nails like this I much rather have done them myself.
