I have never been treated so unprofessionally. The older gentleman did my nails and the finish product was not up to par. Some nails look better than others. Please see pictures. When I asked him, he began to speak loudly in front of other customers saying “I told you $55 or$75. That’s the $55.” I said sir I would like them fixed because I am in a wedding. He proceeded to loud talk in English to the other workers and customers about me. He said “if I fix it, who gone pay for the $55”. I repeatedly told him money was not an issue and I would pay. He proceeded to loud talk. I felt uncomfortable so had the other gentlemen stop mid pedicure. I got up to head to the counter and he and another heavy set dark complexion woman act as if I was not going to pay. I paid the $55 with no tip. My experience was very unprofessional and highly do not recommend to anyone. None of the other workers stopped his belligerent actions or even tried to come to a solution. Prior the other younger gentleman had done my nails and I never had this problem. There is not any nail care for under the nail bed. This was in the same setting. It is not like this was 3 day old nails.

I paid $120 for a ombre colored acrylic full set. I was happy at first but it has now been a week and half and the top coat is starting to wear off already on a few nails. My nails look really sloppy for them having been done a week and a half ago. I have no other problem with the place. They just need some higher quality/longer lasting products.

She started a good ten minutes after the lady who did my sisters and finished a good 10 minutes before her. I asked for a dip manicure. All I received was dip. No cuticles pushed back, no oil on my fingers or anything. Very unhappy for paying $45 for a messy job. Left with color over my fingers.
