We did the couples instructional massage, and we learned so much! The instructor/therapist was incredibly helpful, encouraging, and set a great atmosphere. We feel confident that we can do decent massages without injuring ourselves or each other 😀 The price was also great! If you are in town, looking for something new to do, this is something I highly recommend!! And it is useful for the future.

My husband saw Sheena today and was so impressed. He needs deep tissue, and she brought it! She knew exactly how to find all the spots that were bothering him. She was very good. The staff was friendly, the place was very nice, he said if he lived here he would drop his national chain membership and come here for sure. We were just on vacation. Also they offered him a military discount without even asking for it. Prices were very fair. He highly recommends.

Great massage. I had low back and leg pain that was really hurting so I decided to schedule a massage. They worked me in that day and so very glad they did. The therapist was very knowledgeable, the work he did not only relieved the pain but also kept it from flaring back up. Great value!
