Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, Value1st, I came in picked THREE colors and they didn’t have any of them. 2nd, I told the guy who was doing my nails that I wanted “tapered square” & he did square and I told him to narrow them a little bit and he told me “well you should’ve said that at the beginning” as if I didn’t but ok go off bro. He did my polish with streaks and we all know that light colored polish has to be smooth so instead of going back to him.. 3rd, I politely asked another lady if she could fix it. She said she didn’t see anything wrong with the polish left around my cuticles and fingers and said she was going to add another layer of gel polish. As a licensed cosmetologist, I know it’s not about how I feel, it’s about client satisfaction. And the pictures I’m posting is how my nails looked after she claimed she was done taking the gel polish off. Oh, and they didn’t even match my old acrylic to my new acrylic. And not to mention, the lady who took the gel off took a picture of me as I was checking out so I’ll be posting one of her as well. 1st, I came in picked THREE colors and they didn’t have any of them. 2nd, I told the guy who was doing my nails that I wanted “tapered square” & he did square and I told him to narrow them a little bit and he told me “well you should’ve said that at the beginning” as if I didn’t but ok go off bro. BOTH my eyelashes and my nails. I asked them to look at it and give me a refund not the tip I gave the lady just the services that failed they said they were to busy to glance at my nails and look at my eyelash that’s still hanging on from when she did it SUNDAY. She told me they had the long lashes I liked and when I got up she told me she will do the longer ones next time and I saw she put the short one in. I asked for new nails she shaved my nail with the dip powder on it and but gel and a sparkle I didn’t want. $75 wasted. I had to wait over an hour multiple times to get an appointment. They dumped glue in my eye MIND YOU THIS WAS DONE 6 DAYS AGO. BOTH my eyelashes and my nails. Critical: Quality, ValueI previously went for a pedicure and it was decent enough for me to go back for a color change. Horrible paint job! Worst part about it is, the nail tech did not care to fix it and did not see a problem with her work. We are literally just another person on a chair to them.Never going back!
