Love this place! My old salon closed down so I tried a few other shops and was not happy with the results. Than I found this place… And every time I go, they give me EXACTLY what I ask for. Very Happy with them! Plus they have the best prices. They have all been so polite! Love this place!

I went in for a simple gel polish. Long story short, it looked like a 5 year old did my nails. When I asked for my money back they refused and proceeded to tell me it was because I bite my nails!!! I have never bitten my nails in my life!!!! She painted over my cuticles and onto my fingers. There were other spots on my nails that didn’t even have nail polish on them. And it was lumpy!!! I wish I could include photos in this review. Avoid this place like the plague!!! They don’t deserve any stars.

I just got my nails done here about a week ago. Usually they’re pretty good but this most recent time I went was horrible. My nails look like a 5 yr old did them. They’re not straight and three have already popped off. Let’s just say I’m NEVER going back again. Especially when it’s busy.

I want to write a good review of this place, really I do… but my nails are chipping after one week. The woman who had done them rushed through the process and was very, very rude to me. She would not let me get tips put on and told me that my nails would grow in two weeks. She cut my cuticle and it bled. I had to ask her to put some alcohol on it. They look awful and I would encourage you not to waste your money. Go to Cozy Salon in Dartmouth/New Bedford or somewhere else on Route Six in Dartmouth.

This place was disgrace to call a nail salon I went to get my nails done and she rushed through it my nails weren’t straight and the nail polish was lumpy The place smelt so bad Horrible costumer service I would avoid this place at all costs I would not recommend it to ANYONE I had to go somewhere else and get them redone They also lie about their prices what I got was $15 and they charged me $18 for what exactly? They had one job and they screwed it up

They painted all of my skin and cuticlesI! She rush through my manicure ! I reported them because she told me I can fix but you have fat fingers ! Never had a problem! Told her I didn’t want polish take it off because it looked horrible and she yelled at me pay more money and I fix it! Yelled at my nephew who was sitting quietly! How dare she yell at him!! Stay away from them I wish I would’ve read the other reviews before going to them! Stay away

If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed and they did such a horrible job. The first thing I told them was that I did not want them thin. When I looked in the mirror not only were my eyebrows to thin, but also uneven. Definitely not a place that I would recommend to get your eyebrows waxed at! I legit cried when I saw my eyebrows. When I went back in to ask for my money back, they provided me with the refund and told me to not return. Very rude!

Unprecedented unprofessionalism! I was belittled in the most humiliating way when I spoke up about a bad nail job. Their response to my comment about the messy nail job was that if i don’t like it don’t come back. “We don’t need customers who look like you.” Those were his words. Awful, just awful!
