I’ve been wearing extensions for years and been to many people/places. At first I had anxiety about multiple lash professionals being in one place because my second appointment was with a different girl BUT it’s actually VERY convenient so that you can almost always get in quickly and all of the girls are great. I do have a personal favorite, Lilly. She’s tailored my lashes to ME perfectly and she’s so, so gentle, professional and has a great attitude/personality.

Casey is one of the best! She really listens to what I want and the look I’m going for rather than just doing what she wants. Other lash studios have done that to me before because I like a more natural look and they always want to do full Glam. Casey really took the time to listen and understand what I wanted!

Gabriela does a great job, and the whole session is so relaxing I usually fall asleep! I love the convenience of the Lash extensions. I never would think it would make that much of a difference, but when I get up in the morning and I don’t have to deal with putting on mascara, I’m out of the house in half the time. I follow the instructions and I take good care of the extensions, and they seem to last me pretty well for almost 3 weeks between appointments. I had no bad reactions, although sometimes I get a little bit of itching in the corner late at night; I think my eyes just get tired.

I am really disappointed by this place. I had booked a lash lift/tint on a Friday because I wanted to give my lashes a break from extensions. After the lift/tint, my lashes were pointing in different directions and some looked crushed. My normal lashes are not like that. I believe the job done on me to be sloppy and rushed, which makes sense since I was told to come in early and the specialist that worked on me dashed out within minutes after finishing my lashes. I tried calling the store several times and no one answered. I texted my concern and said I was interested in booking an appointment for extensions because I hated the lash lift. Instead of someone calling to discuss my concerns, I get a message to book online, which I did with my usual specialist who is awesome. I asked if it was ok to get extensions after a lash lift and was told yes via text. I come in to do my extensions the next day and the specialist did what she could given the conditions of my lashes. She even commented that they were overcurled and seemed like they had a mind of their own since they were pointing in different directions. Unfortunately the extensions did not look good due to the lash lift. Some lashes could not have extensions put on them and the extensions kept hitting my eyelid which was super uncomfortable. I asked to get them removed and after waiting 30 minutes I was able to. The manager did text me to come in on Monday and I texted back saying I was unable to because I was going to be out of town. I did send an email explaining the situation and sent pictures with no response from the owners and this was really disappointing. Makes me feel like this place does not care for their customers. I also researched whether you should get extensions after a lash lift and every website said no. I even called other salons and they said the same thing. This makes me think that this place is only after your money which proves my theory. There were 2 price increases in the last year due to ‘inflation’. I work in finance and it is called greed. I am very upset because I now have damaged lashes, had to attend events with subpar lashes, spent $240 for subpar service, and wasted my time. I will no longer be coming back and urge others to be careful when booking certain services here.

An associate of mine recommended that I come here to get my lash extensions and let me tell you, since day ONE I have been pleased with the service that Gabi has provided me. She is very gentle, warming, and takes her time and the results show in her work! She always has me looking FLAWLESS! The amount of time and work she spends doing my lashes is, well worth it! THANK YOU GABI:) YOU’RE THE BEST!
