I absolutely love My Kim Nail! I have been going for over 10 years now. Jen almost always chooses the color and design on my nails and I have NEVER left unhappy! I have been to this salon a couple times, and both times I’ve had a great experience. Jen and Dan do a great job on nails and from my experience, long lasting ones too. Both of my appointments were scheduled a few days in advance. Some people have brought up how friendly they are, and they are very welcoming. Dan and Jen are also partners, so that explains any inside jokes that they may share while you are there, but they are very kind and open to talk to guests. I will, without a doubt, be back to get my nails done again.

Good service! This place deserves a good review. I was there yesterday, June 21st, and I had a great experience. The staff speaks understandable English, and they don’t talk just between themselves (like it always happens in nail salons), but rather talk to their clients, and they are friendly and tactful. They listen to what you ask them to do and then really do it, and at the same time they follow the rule of “do not harm”. My nails and toe nails got the shape I wanted to have, and my cuticle is exactly as I like it. It was probably the best visit to a nail salon in this price category that I had in the last few years.

I walked in to sit and be ignored. The first question asked after sitting for almost 10 minutes was “do you have an appointment?” Being new to the area and just needing to get my nails done, of course I didn’t have an appointment. I’m told there’s no availability for the day and told there’s time tomorrow. I am then ignored when I ask what time. I just walked out. I’d rather spend my money somewhere that is going to appreciate me as a customer. I’ll drive a few more miles for better customer service.
