The facility was nice. The rooms were beautiful and I liked the music they played. The bed was comfortable. Thats why they get two stars. Now let’s get to the gritty. I have been to lots of reflexologist and this by far was the worst. Nancy was sweet but she was very soft handed with the massaging my daughter could have pressed harder (but I did not judge that too much because I prefer males because they are heavy handed). She also did not massage very evenly. If she did this side three times she did the other one time. It made me feel unbalanced. (I’m also an esthetician so I do massages and know that you need to be even with your massage techniques throughout the whole body) I uber and my lower back and neck have been hurting and that’s what I came for and I literally mean it when I say my neck was not touched at all. Then the last maybe 10 mins was so rushed I was like whatever just stop. Then I’m thinking how much to tip. It’s 55 so I planned to tip 10 or more if it were good. It wasn’t and I contemplated not tipping at all because unlike some believe it is not a requirement. Payment is requirement, tip means over the top good but she did the work so I gave 10. Tell me why another lady in the front says I need to tip more. Minimum tipping is 22% just cause they set their square system that way. Nope. I mean who are you to tell a customer you didn’t even work with the quality of what they got should REQUIRE me to pay EXTRA. Anyway I will not be returning. My neck and back still hurt and it was a waste of MY hard earned money.

Decent price but they don’t understand if you want to make appointment with specific masseuse. And they don’t understand the level of pressure they are applying. The lady was sneezing, coughing and making all sorts of throat noises. Definitely not a comfortable environment.

Great price for great massage. Points lost due to old style tables with the hole cutout. The kind with the adjustable face cradle AND HEAT are greatly preferred. Hard to fully relax if you’re cold and not able to position properly.

My husband and I got a couple’s massage for Valentine’s day. Great experience (ladies did a professional massage). The guy at front desk (don’t remember his name) provided an outstanding polite customer service. Tip: They do not ask you to fill out any intake forms like other spas (medical conditions, allergies, recent surgeries, pregnancy… etc) so talk to them before starting if you have any questions. I didn’t know they do facial pressure points/massage and I had to tell therapist right away since I have fillers. Everything else was excellent! I could feel the positive environment in this place. Yes, we will be back.
