I took my teenage daughter to get a haircut and her highlights touched up and the stylist Maria totally ruined her hair! My daughter’s hair ended up totally damaged and brittle and not even the right color we asked for. And the haircut looks nothing like what we showed the stylist in our “inspirational” photo. My daughter cried for 2 days. I’m so upset!
