She said she was the owner of the salon, well, I’m not sure how she has any customers!! It started wrong in the very beginning, washing my hair, I was drenched in water, my top half of my shirt was soaking wet, then she brushed out my hair raking over my ears like I didn’t have any, brushing straight down from my scalp to the ends, this was very painful, now I’m soaking wet and my ears hurt. The color was not even noticeable when completed. Since she was 20 minutes late arriving to my appointment, her other appointment arrived and she told my “oh no I’m running behind, I may not have time to cut your hair unless you really need me to” Uhh, no one wants their stylist to cut their hair when they’ve already said they don’t have time!!!!

Ever get one of those crazy urges to chop off your hair. Well I did. I drove up to Out of the Blue Salon walked in and asked if anyone had time to cut my hair and add highlights. Isabel was busy but scheduled me in. Now six months later and she’s still working her magic with my hair. Recently had breast surgery and unable to wash my hair. I texted her asking if she could please wash and blow dry my hair she said yes. What a blessing she is no matter what she has going on she always finds time for me.
