Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI have been getting my face threaded at My Fair Lady Beauty Salon/Beauty Shilpi for years, but I stopped going for over a year when the pandemic shut down started March of 2020. When I finally felt comfortable enough to return, scheduling was easy, and Shilpi was was very welcoming. They take our safety seriously. Hand sanitizer is available as you walk in. Staff cleaned the tablet before and after I checked in and payed with my credit card. Chairs were immediately wiped down when a client was finished. Shilpi was double masked, and the thread is now tied around the neck instead of placed in the mouth. As usual, Shilpi and the other stylists have done an amazing job on my brows and cleaning up unwanted facial hair. I have been getting my face threaded at My Fair Lady Beauty Salon/Beauty Shilpi for years, but I stopped going for over a year when the pandemic shut down started March of 2020. When I finally felt comfortable enough to return, scheduling was easy, and Shilpi was was very welcoming. They take our safety seriously. Hand sanitizer is available as you walk in. They do such an amazing job and they have worked very hard to keep us safe before and during this pandemic. They have always been good and professional in what they do!I wanted to specifically write a review right now because of the safety measures they’re taking during these covid times – they’re excellent!! As hesitant as I was – I made an appointment. There was only one staff member in the salon who was wearing all the safety gear including mask, gloves and face shield. My temperature was checked as soon as I entered for my safety and their safety.It’s scary times out there but the team at my fair lady are doing all that they can and going beyond to make sure their clients are safe!I’ve been a loyal client to the team at my fair lady for a while now.
