I have been coming back ever since because Bimala does such a fantastic job consistently. I like my eyebrows a very specific way and shape and she really listens and gives me the perfect eyebrows every time. She is also very sweet and professional. I first came here to get my eyebrows done over 6 months ago to try it out. I have been coming back ever since because Bimala does such a fantastic job consistently. I like my eyebrows a very specific way and shape and she really listens and gives me the perfect eyebrows every time. She is also very sweet and professional. Her energy was great and she was extremely kind. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service and it was fairly quick. I will be returning!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI got my eyebrows threaded here and specifically requested to just clean up my brows, not my make them thin, and not to take anything off the middle. My eyebrows are not only extremely thin, they are each completely different shapes and lengths. My eyebrows are noticeably lopsided and thinner than they have ever been in my 10 years of threading. The owner was dismissive to feedback and became impatient when my venmo payment was slow to send/load. I got my eyebrows threaded here and specifically requested to just clean up my brows, not my make them thin, and not to take anything off the middle. My eyebrows are not only extremely thin, they are each completely different shapes and lengths. My eyebrows are noticeably lopsided and thinner than they have ever been in my 10 years of threading. I don’t know how she does it every time. I followed her from when she moved from Wheaton to Rockville and I will follow her as long as she does eyebrow threading.
