I am a regular customer at My Day Spa. The picture attached is the result of a two day gel set. My nail tech was watching tv on his phone while doing my nails. Return visits for nail repairs have been happening more often. I called to speak with the owner about my experience, there was no answer, so I went to the salon to speak with him.

Every time I take my daughter there it’s an awesome experience! No matter what nail tech we get, the work is always great and consistent. The only gripe I have is that I would like for them to list their prices so that you know what to expect to pay, but other than that I haven’t found a place that does better work and plus my daughter is a regular customer and she loves it!

I google and saw the reviews and decided to give it a try new to the area. I called and received a same day appt. I walked in and i was greeted, customer service was great. Love the layout of the salon. I was taken back immediately. My service was performed by Suzy who was pleasant, quick, yet gentle. I was in and out by 745pm and my appt was at 7pm. I will definitely return and Suzy will be my nail tech. She even suggested that try the pedicure on my next visit. Price was affordable. See you soon

Incompetence abound. The gal I was supposed to have an appt with ended up sick, no issues. I was fine waiting for someone to be available. The owner, however was not. She felt it her place to start my dip nail removal and got me with the grinder. She had zero ability to run the grinder and should never be allowed to. Then the “technician” that I got kncked me two more times. The knicks are also minor in the grand scheme of things. The fact she thought what she did for my nails was quality is the real issue. So you have an incompetent owner who gave me to someone who had appointments waiting and rushed my nails, and three cuticles bleeding. Um, no.

This was the best service I’ve ever received at a nail spa. Jack took his time on both my volcano pedicure and gel manicure and it looks amazing. Love this place! Nails always come out beautiful I always ask for my favorite nail tech Hannah and she always does a wonderful job!! And she never gets annoyed when i come in within 5 days for color changes lol everyone in this building is so nice and friendly. Its my new home nail salon. Been going about 3 months now and ive never been let down and I’ll never go any where else!!!

This review is in response to a review rebuttal 5 months ago. 1st, when booking my services for myself and my 8 year old daughter , it was never asked the type of pedicure I wanted. A basic pedicure is never my choice of service. This was my first time being serviced by this salon. It was impossible for me to select the type of pedi due to not knowing the options. I would have no problem waiting for another tech if someone would have been courteous enough to give me an estimated time. It is highly unprofessional for a staff member to ask the customer to go find out how long it may be. I was advised to walk to the front and ask because she was not going to do so. She then advised me to call the salons main number. I did so to no avail. If I opted for a more in depth pedicure, and was booked for a shorter service why wouldn’t the heck or this so cold receptionist address the time restraint to make sure everyone was on the same page. None of this happened. I was only met with an attitude from the tech staff and a horrible expensive pedicure. My daughter was serviced only after my sister came into the salon and inquired about the issue. She is a repeat customer and also voiced the unprofessional Ian to the receptionist. I was never offered a beverage or anything else for that matter during my “in depth pedi”. While my daughter sat at watched the couple across from us being serviced professional, she became confused. She had a valid question of why we were not treated with the same respect. You see, I am a servant of the public as a RN and also an owner of multiple business that service people of all colors and walks of life. I ensure quality to all. This is not acceptable. I am pleased to report I have since found a salon that has exceptional customer service. The owner is actually one of the many employees that have ended their employment at My Day Nails and spa. Thank you for changing your procedure for scheduling appointments. Now if you could fix your attitude and the choosing of who gets good service you would go a long way. The receptionist is reported to be the boyfriend of the owner. Not to the owner: this employee is single handedly ruining your beautiful establishment.

Great place to have your nails looking right! Especially by Jack, I showed him a picture of the design I wanted and he literally copied it and by hand! Very knowledgeable, creative and patient. I’m going back today to get a spa pedicure!

After an AD with pretty nails popped up on Facebook with this nail salon I was quick to run to the reviews section to see if we would be a good fit. Well, let’s just say after reading these reviews it’s a HARD PASS! The owner shows no accountability and a poor unprofessional responses to their customer base. Horribly done nails, 2nd degree burns and bad products sound like a lose lose. Suggestion to the owner/responder humble yourself and get professional you are in a hospitality bisiness and owe it to your customers.
