They were rushing to leave, cut my finger, nails are uneven. We feel like we need a refund!! Payed $165 for “2 full sets” and a child’s pedicure. The techs were very sweet, we did not want to hurt their feelings but this is unexplainable. We was supposed to leave feeling pampered and good but I have never been so mad leaving a nail salon over the price and quality. Please, please practice more and your prices should be adjusted a great deal.

I’ve been to My Couture Nails 4 times. I’ve had two pedicure and two manicure appointments. Both pedicures were great but, unfortunately, I don’t remember the names of the ladies who performed my service. Both of my manicures have been with Nathan and he’s outstanding. He’s very personable and professional. He takes his time and makes sure I’m happy with the color, shape, etc throughout the process. I would highly recommend this business.

Went in on Sunday, after going to 2 previous shops that brow wax services were unavailable. Decided to take a chance on this establishment. Right away coming in, the lady (nail tech) at the 1st nail table had a “not so enthused” look on her face. She was way friendlier to the ladies being serviced by her and the next nail tech beside her. I waited about 20 min or so, and then when my turn came up, she yells, “Brows!”, as if I worked for her or something. Keeping my composure, I walked back to the wax room, she was pretty quick on the job, but once finished, she didn’t put any kind of oil or toner (alcohol) to clean off any possible residue. As a result, I now have a small rash between my brows, and they’re way thinner than I like. It felt like she rushed me, to hurry and get to a more established client, who she greeted like she was Queen, or someone of importance.

**Edited 10/2022** — We will no longer be returning to My Couture Nails. While the work done there is excellent, the owner is not a kind person and cares nothing for the customer service side of her business. This type of service costs too much to be treated poorly.

Absolutely loved my service and my nails are flawless ❤️ I took my mother while she was in town taking care of me, her pregnant daughter. This place is a godsend! Clean, professional nails, and we were treated like queens. I will definitely be back to get the hot stone massage pedicure again my swollen pregger feet feel amazing and look fantastic for my maternity shoot tomorrow!

My daughter and I went in for dip polish. We didn’t have an appointment and I asked if they had time for us and they said to pick a color. The lady that did my daughter was getting ready to leave for a trip and did a terrible job. I sat with my nails soaking in acetone for an hour and 10 minutes before I paid for my daughter’s nails and we left. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

Went and had a mani and pedi on a Saturday with an appt. Overall, shop is pretty, clean and nice people. I felt my lady was rushing a little bit but my friend with me didn’t have a lady rushing and while both our nails look good, hers look better! I’d go back to this salon though! Overall a good experience, reasonably priced.
