Critical: Professionalism, QualityIf I was able to give them no stars I would. We asked them for layers on curly hair and she said she knew how to do it obviously she did not. Every time she would cut a chunk of hair she would throw it in the garbage. She was just so lost. We told her to stop and she didn’t. HORRIBLE!
