I enjoyed this spa immensely before the pandemic since then it has been very disappointing. My birthday is in February. I have asked my children to get me gift cardsfrim My Choice After receiving my Gift Card from My Choice in February, the entire country shut down in March. All other entities have reopened. Not My Choice. I have gone to the establishment, left messages, went next door to owner’s husband’s business and left messages. No response. I guess I have to obtain a lawyer to get the value of my Gift Card because the owner refuses to communicate.?

My husband bought me a gift card from them. I have call and email them since the pandemic. No communicated with them about there policy to to refund customers. No response at all. I do understand that businesses had difficulty maintaining during Covid. However not responding at all is unprofessional and in poor taste. I would like the business to respond and provide refunds would suffice.

This place was fantastic! We had a Groupon and that made it seem unreal. The whirlpool was so very nice and it was fairly private. They had robes, and slippers to slip in so after the message so that you’re not scrambling to get everything back on. They also had a very nice vanity and shower.

My daughters sent me here as my Christmas gift. Didn’t know they were nestled in a shopping strip 5 minutes from my home. When I arrived I was treated as if I was the only client. The ombiance was outstanding and the services were impeccable. Nicole have revived my skin and has brought out a new feel in my face that I didn’t think I would ever see. I am a forever customer and I appreciate what you all have done for me. Being a soldier is a tough job and I appreciate them taking all the stress and tension away. Thank you all, and I just loved those brownies !

We didnt want to leave! We lounged for hours! This place is my type of spa. All the same luxuries of a larger spa without being crowded. If they add massage chairs to relax in (excluding the pedicure chairs) we would’ve stayed another hour+!
