Horrible place. First time my nails peeled off in 2 days. Gave them the benefit of the doubt to go again, as they are one of the few nail places open on Sundays. I told the lady my nails were crooked and bubbled up, she said they were fine. The “gel match” for my toes DID NOT MATCH AT ALL but they said it was close enough! They do not care about the customers. When I went somewhere else to get them fixed they laughed and knew exactly what horrible salon I had came from(my bella nails ) please don’t believe the false 5 star reviews and waste your money and leave highly disappointed.

I went in there to soak off my sns nails with the gel topcoat, absolutely insane to me that in this day and age people do not know how to take it off SNS so I will teach you. You get a hot water bowl, Two baggies filled with 100% acetone and whether it be cotton sheets or cotton balls in the baggies then you zip up the baggies around the hands this creates heat this is how you soak off SNS & it takes 15 minutes if you don’t know how to do it learn how to do it don’t complain to another client whenever I just sat down that “ people go to other places then come here and it takes a long time to get their nails off“ That is because you don’t know how to properly take them off that has nothing to do with anybody else going to any other salon. My nails are naturally long it would have taken 10 min for me to get off, crazy to think your clients arent able to go somewhere else and be services the same that was rude & unprofessional enough for me to get up and give you this review. The attitude needs a check & the proper procedures also clearly need a check.

Love this place!! Been going here for almost two years without any complaints! Cat does such an excellent job and is so sweet. She even gave me a Christmas gift two years in a row! The atmosphere is very relaxing, with good music. They do a really good job at keeping it clean. I’m always welcomed by name when I walk in, and asked if I need water or anything. I also love the fact that I have my own personal nail file and buffer, other places use the same ones on multiple people. I get SNS every time, and it has made my nails so long and healthy! They look so natural, and I love how strong it makes my nails. I’ve tried SNS at other places before, but my nails always broke and chipped, they also looked oddly thick. My Bella Nails uses the real products, and you can really tell the difference. So glad I found such a great nail place!!

Today me and my girlfriend go to my Bella nails for her birthday and it was a fantastic idea because Cat and Kay did a wonderful pedicure and nail job for us and the shop is the cleanest I ever seen and they use the disposable liners in the pedicure spa. And every thing else in the shop is sanitary. Wonderful place to come
